How do I know that my credit card number is safe?
Your credit card transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you use Scuba Connection. However, if you are browsing the internet through a network relay or proxy server, you may want to check your browser to be sure.

You can tell if your web browser is secure by looking for a key icon or lock icon in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window which will change from a broken icon to a complete icon.

Your browser has connected to our secure server.

Your browser has not connected to our secure server.

Please note that you will be switched to our secure server only at the end of your shopping session when you are asked for your credit card and personal information.

I've heard that credit card numbers can be stolen over the internet.
It's safer to use your credit card over the internet than it is to use it in a retail store, restaurant, a mail order company or leaving a receipt on the dashboard of your car. The chance of someone stealing your credit card information over the internet is a lot less likely than someone digging through your garbage or taking it from the dumpster at your local mall or fast food restaurant. It is easier to tap your phone line than it is to steal a credit card number through the internet.
I don't want to use my credit card number online. What should I do?
If you decide that you would be more comfortable not sending your credit card information over the internet, you can still order products from us. We can accept orders by phone (1-800-276-3346 Canada, U.S.A. parts of Mexico or 1-613-821-1179 between 9am-5pm EST), email or you can use our handy Order Form for any product that appears on our web site.
Who can I contact for more information?
If you are still having difficulties or some part of the process just doesn't make sense to you, please let us know. You can ask questions by sending an email to info@medianetcom.com.
