Answer

This month's Blood 'N' Bubble movie is Underwater City. The 78 minute movie was directed by Frank McDonald and released by Neptune Productions in the early sixties and late seventies..Featuring a no-name cast (William Lundigan, Julie Adams, Roy Roberts and Chet Douglas) was filmed in Fantascopewhich is another way of saying stop action special effects animation. The kindest review describes it like this: " An undersea city is built as a research centre and atomic fallout shelter and collapses after a series of earth tremors. Silly stuff with an illogical script."
